Ivan Puljic – Partner

Mr. Puljic focuses his practice on real estate law, with a special emphasis on residential and commercial real estate closings. Mr. Puljic represents sellers and purchasers alike of residential and commercial real estate, while simultaneously advising and counseling clients on all facets of condominium ownership and due diligence, including, condominium construction, organization, and management matters, developer warranties, purchase and sale agreements, reserves, turnover, budget, assessments and special assessment matters. Since 1998, Mr. Puljic has represented thousands of purchasers, sellers, and investors of real estate throughout the Chicagoland area and has one of the most active real estate practices in Chicago. He is married with three children and resides in Winnetka.

Education

Mr. Puljic graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago with a B.A. in Political Science, and from IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law, with Honors, earning a J.D. in 1998. Mr. Puljic, who is multilingual, was born in Wien, Austria and raised in Johannesburg South Africa, where he also attended university.
